Never visited the shop before and was amazed at all the products and gorgeous samples... What let it down was no acknowledgement and poor service and there were no customers at the counter when I arrived and left, so no excuse for lack of greeting

scrap book house carpark appears to be part of a council scam to collect fines from people who use local businesses. Closed on Monday when tried to visit so had coffee. friend got fined when picking up, not parking, just picking up.Scrapbook house- not our problem.
